Mr. Broidis was enlisted by Peter Ticktin, Esq. to locate office space for his growing law practice, specializing in Business Law and the ever increasing business of Foreclosure Defense in the State of Florida. After almost (60) days of researching various locations and negotiations with numerous landlords, a long-term lease was finalized. After only (6) months of occupancy, Mr. Broidis was again instrumental in negotiating an expansion of office space for the law firm that is now occupying over 6,5000 square feet of space.
