Broidis, President and Broker of Boca Raton based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc., recently completed a long term lease for Simply Fashions to occupy approximately 3,000 square feet of retail space at the Linton Square Shopping Center located at Linton Blvd and Congress Avenue in Delray Beach, FL.
Representing Simply Fashions in their store expansion in South Florida since July, 2009, this lease represents the first signing since commencement of the assignment. Per Mr. Broidis, there are numerous other lease agreements that will follow shortly in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Pompano Beach and Sunrise, FL.
Simply Fashions Stores, Ltd., based in Birmingham, AL is a retail chain of over 300 stores specializing in the sale of women's and teens apparel and directly related accessories.
