Boca Raton, FL - Gary M. Broidis, President and Broker of Boca Raton based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc., recently completed a long term lease extension for Bealls Outlet Store to occupy approximately 35,000 square feet of retail space at the Boynton Trail Shopping Center in Boynton Beach, FL.
Mr. Broidis represented the tenant and the property owner in 2005 with regard to the initial lease signing for Bealls to occupy the former Crafts N Stuff space at the Boynton Trail Shopping Center. According to Mr. Broidis, the Bealls lease agreement had a lease provision allowing Bealls to extend the lease agreement for another five (5) years at the property. Bealls recently exercised its' option to extend the lease after lease negotiations with the property owner.
