John Fiorentino Insurance Agency dba Nationwide Insurance has signed a new lease to expand and relocate in the office building. The Law Offices of Michele Muir will be occupying space on the ground floor of the office building and Device Protection, Inc. has opened their new offices of approximately 2,500 square feet and relocated from another location in Boca Raton. According to Mr. Broidis and despite the tough business environment, the 7251 Building is almost back to 90% occupancy. “The recent leasing activity at the 7251 Building is testament to a more positive outlook for commercial real estate as well as the aggressive lease terms we can offer businesses wishing to locate in central Boca Raton” said Mr. Broidis.
