The Northwestern Mutual Insurance Agency has signed a new lease to occupy the second floor of the office building located at 6115 Lyons Road in Coconut Creek, FL. Globex Engineering, Inc. the owner-tenant of the building had originally occupied the entire building, however, they had recently decided to lease out the 2nd floor of the office building due to business contraction and employee reduction in the past year. The space, according to Mr. Broidis, consisting of approximately 4,500 square feet, was beautifully built out and furnished and provided a “turn-key” opportunity for Northwestern Mutual.
