new CVS drugstore located at the Northeast corner of 10th Avenue
North and Jog Road in Greenacres. The store opened for business
on May 15, 2005.

Atlantic Commercial Completes Eckerd Development... Store Opens 3 Weeks Early
November 2003 - Directly involved as Broker and Developer of a free-standing Eckerd Drug store containing approximately 12,000 square feet of space. Activities included the negotiation of a long term ground lease with the land owner and all site approvals
with regard to city, county and other municipal agencies involved with subject property. Direct involvement in all aspects and details of the development allowed
the team to turn over the store to Eckerd 3 weeks ahead of schedule.

regional and local tenants. Activities included site plan formulation, site improvements, Landlord Work contribution and coordination of all tenant's construction activities. This property was purchased for $18M and was recently purchased by a REIT for over $55M.
Park Plaza West, Boca Raton, Florida
Formulated the site plan design and development for approximately 35,000 square feet of retail space located directly on Glades Road in Boca Raton, FL. This project was completed in less than (18) months beginning with the site plan development and ending with the opening of all stores at the same time. Tenants include World Gym, Stallone's, Subway, and Taylor Orthodontics.
