Delray Beach, FL – Gary Broidis, Principal of Delray Beach-based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc. recently handled the purchase of the former Max’s Harvest restaurant, located at 169 NE 2nd Avenue in the Pineapple Grove section of Delray Beach. Located only 2 blocks north of Atlantic Avenue, the Pineapple Grove area has become very attractive to retailers and restauranteurs seeking to locate in Delray Beach and serve the local market along with the thousands of visitors each year. Per Mr. Broidis, “this property presented a unique opportunity to purchase a fully equipped, turn-key restaurant facility and a lease has already been executed with a local operator who will be opening a new concept to complement their existing restaurant in Pineapple Grove.”

The building contains approx. 2,400 SF of interior space along with an additional 500 SF front covered patio/dining area as well as a 1,200 SF rear covered patio/dining area. Mr. Broidis represented the Buyer and John DePersio of Coldwell Banker represented the Seller.
