On Oct. 9, the city’s Development Review Committee will consider plans for Griffin Road Business Center at 9300 Griffin Road. The vacant site of 3.9 acres is a block east of Nob Hill Road.

The project would total 37,390 square feet in two stories with 260 parking spaces. There would be 11,560 square feet of retail and 5,040 square feet of restaurants on the ground floor. The second floor would have 12,730 square feet of offices and 8,060 square feet of medical offices.

Sun Dance Enterprises, managed by Jong Bae and Seong Bae in Davie, acquired the property for $2.4 million in 2017. Their representative, Bill Barbaro of planning firm Carnahan Proctor & Cross, couldn’t be reached for comment.
