Atlantic Commercial Negotiates NNN Walgreens Sale in Boynton Beach
 

Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc. represented the Sellers in the sale of a free-
standing, recently developed Walgreens in Boynton Beach located at the
northwest intersection of Woolbright Rd. and Jog Rd.  The Walgreens building
was completed in 2002 after Walgreens entered into a long term lease.  The
property is immediately adjacent to a commercial tract of land consisting of
over (20) acres suitable for retail development.
