Atlantic Commercial Group represented the purchaser in the acquisition of this
186,000 square foot power center anchored by Loehmanns, TJ Maxx, Michaels
Arts & Crafts, Zany Brainy, Mens Wearhouse and numerous other retailers.
ACG had completed over 15,000 square feet of lease agreements in the first
six (6) months of assignment.

Atlantic Commercial Negotiates NNN Walgreens Sale in Boynton Beach 

Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc. represented the Sellers in the sale of a free-
standing, recently developed Walgreens in Boynton Beach located at the
northwest intersection of Woolbright Rd. and Jog Rd.  The Walgreens building
was completed in 2002 after Walgreens entered into a long term lease.  The
property is immediately adjacent to a commercial tract of land consisting of
over (20) acres suitable for retail development.
