Dillard’s jumps more than 20% after one of Buffett’s investing lieutenants discloses personal stake

Berkshire Hathway investment manager Ted Weschler, bought nearly 1.08 million shares of Dillard's. That's about 5.89% of shares outstanding. After disclosing a personal stake in the retailer, Dillard's shares gained 27% on Monday.
