A new three-story building is coming to our ever-expanding downtown Atlantic Avenue! The newest development, Pierre Delray, will take the parking lot located at 298 E. Atlantic Avenue, and turn it into a three story building with a total of 49,000 SF. The first floor will comprise of retail and restaurant spaces and the two upper floors will be office space. The project also includes an interior parking garage and rooftop parking. It sits immediately east of the railroad tracks and adjacent to Johnnie Brown’s. The expected completion date is set for the end of 2023.
